Abstract

Five key factors in developing a successful innovation management process that can guide organizations towards achieving performance goals are examined. The 5 factors are: 1. group management, 2. strategic planning, 3. empowerment, 4. systems engineering, and 5. lifelong learning. A new methodology is introduced which gives organizations a step by step approach to implementing the innovation process successfully.
