Abstract
Electrochemical properties of LaNi 0.6 Fe 0.4 O 3-δ film electrodes were measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy as functions of temperature, T, oxygen partial pressure, p(O 2), and thickness of the film electrode to determine the rate determining step of the oxygen reduction process. From its chemical capacitance, the oxygen reduction process was limited on the surface, which had good agreement with the isotope exchange depth profile measurement. It was also confirmed that the different thickness of the film electrode showed the total capacitance completely belong to the oxygen nonstoichiometric change of the LNF film electrodes.
