Abstract

The biggest potential of Jatiguwi village is Freshwater Fish, which harvest fish every day. The harvested produce is directly sold in the market or distributed to several places selling fresh water fish in the Malang City and Regency area. The fish are directly purchased by customers who come to these fish selling places, while Jatiguwi Village itself as the largest producer of Karamba freshwater fish in the Malang Regency area does not have a specific place for selling freshwater fish. The harvest is directly purchased by the customers who come to the places selling the fish. However, these freshwater fish are sold directly without being processed first, so the price is relatively cheap and the profits received by fishermen are very small. It takes a method that can increase the selling value of the fresh water fish harvest. Another potential of this village is the beauty of the sunset and cages with beautiful views, this view if used properly will become a unique tourist attraction. The village is still having difficulty developing this potential into a tourism object to improve the welfare of the community. Partners want to realize the development of the location into an educational tour that attracts the attention of tourists and can increase the selling value of these tourist attractions. Partners need assistance and training in realizing a decent tourist village. In the village of Jatiguwi, there are many vacant lands belonging to the village government that are worthy of being used as educational areas or culinary tourism areas for fresh water harvests. From several existing partner problems, the solutions offered are (1) Assistance in revamping tourist areas from unfit buildings, tidying up areas, organizing waste, and providing facilities and infrastructure needed by a training tourism village (2) Training on excellent service, namely coaching, teaching and mentoring the community how to provide friendly and smart services to tourists so that tourists can feel comfortable and happy to have visited Jatiguwi village (3) Training for human resources on ecotourism governance or management (4) Eco publications Jatigui tourism online which aims to market tourist attractions so that they are better known to tourists, both domestically and abroad.
