Abstract
Directed colloidal synthesis of conductive organic-inorganic hybrid mesoscale structures is reported. The technique is simple but allows hierarchical assembly and 2D patterning of materials. A focused laser spot is used to direct the colloidal assembly of nanoparticles into electrically conductive organic-inorganic hybrid mesoscale filaments with arbitrary permanent patterns on a glass surface. © 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
