Studies conducted since 1972 have focused on the quality of transferred embryos. The quality, number, and morphological stage of embryos, single good-quality blastocyst transfers, and frozen embryo transfers came to the fore. It is possible to reveal the superiority of the embryo's variables over each other with the standardized transfer process. Practitioners should be familiar with preparation before transfer, catheter loading technique, posttransfer control, and recording phase. The highest pregnancy success may be achieved by being aware of the factors that will affect the success of the transfer and its consequences.
