Abstract

A 45 year old Saudi male with poliosis, alopecia areata, vitiligo, anterior uveitis, inflammatory changes in the posterior pole of the retina and paraparesis presented with features of the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism. To the best of our knowledge the association of diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism in this syndrome has not been reported previously.
