Abstract

The article provides information on various Websites that allows consumers to a revenue manager and a performance evaluator. Users can check if fares are rising or dropping and are provided with recommendations on when to buy at Farecast's site, http://www.farecast.com. FareCompare.com is offering historical prices for trips in 77,000 markets in the U.S. and Canada. Passengers can select airplane seating, in-flight amenities and airline information based upon the airline and type of aircraft they are flying at SeatGuru's site, www.seatguru.com.
