Abstract

Nowadays, the toughest challenges faced by a human are increasing pollution which leads to global warming. This global warming is occurred due to environmental pollution which leads to a tremendous change in the climatic conditions. This paper is based on the pollution control method in the 4-stroke S.I. Engine which runs on Petrol and CNG by using a catalytic converter. This catalytic converter is fabricated by using stainless steel wire mesh (SS-304) which is economically low cost compared with contemporary catalyst such as Rhodium, Platinum and Palladium.(SS-304) The stainless-steel wire meshcoated copper (which is the metal catalyst agent)by using electroplating which provides high conductivity, withstand to higher temperatures (thermal resistance) and flexible. This coated SS-304 wire mesh is reduced the emissions such as CO2, HC, NOx, CO from the bike.
