Abstract
Abstract Introduction Women with overweight/obesity are at higher risk for excessive gestational weight gain (GWG). Both overweight and GWG contribute to poor obstetric outcomes. Appropriate sleep and circadian rhythms, including sleep duration and timing of eating, promote weight loss and improved health outcomes in non-pregnant individuals, but similar data have not been reported for pregnant women.
