Abstract

Digital marketing is a very popular and effective way of marketing today. Digital marketing is an effort to promote a brand using social media that can reach consumers in a timely, personal, and relevant manner. SEO, social media optimization, advertising (ads) on social media can even be paid in advance if you are a good and trusted seller, sell on the marketplace, sell live on TikTok, and so on. Is this way of marketing in accordance with the objectives of the Shari'a? Are these approaches in accordance with the objectives of sharia (maqashid sharia) in Islamic economics? In Islamic economics there are several things that are the main goals (maqashid sharia), this main goal must be fulfilled. this is important because it is used as a parameter or measure of how a business is said to be sharia or not. God willing, this article will try to answer it more clearly. The main goal of Islamic economics is maqashid al-syariah itself, namely the achievement of happiness in the world and the hereafter (falah) through a good and honorable life order.
