Abstract

Recent progress in the experimental study of positron- and positronium-induced ionization of atoms and molecules is outlined. Investigations include integral and differential cross-sections, as well as formation of positronium in the first excited state. Future prospects are discussed. © 2009 IOP Publishing Ltd.
