Abstract

This paper discusses the methodology used in the study of the flow of Criminal Justice in cases of homicide, based on the survey of literature and critical review of the methodology employed in research conducted on criminal homicide trial in the metropolitan region of Florianópolis (SC) between 2000 and 2004.
