Abstract

Organizational learning theory appears to be practical when researchers can find links between two or more variables that can be justified and implemented the term intellectual capital have appreciated over time into something of much greater value. The paper argues that work based learning has the potential to contribute to the intellectual capital not only of employer partners but also to the university. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
