Maintaining the best quality product coming off the press is what every manager wants in the pressroom. It is up to each manager to ensure the press operators have all the tools they need to produce the best printed product possible. Managers must rely on suppliers to bring in new products, read newsletters and magazines, and attend conferences and exhibitions (like Forum and INFO∗FLEX), so they can see for themselves what new products might be a fit for their pressroom. This will help improve quality, increase speeds, decrease downtime and make the company more profitable.
