Abstract
According to Jumhur ulama ushul fiqih, ijma’ is a principle that serves as the cornerstone for the mujtahid's attempts to resolve disputes in situations where the Qur'an and as-Sunnah have not yet been followed by nash. Ijtihad Literally, it means to seriously hold onto your beliefs. In contrast, the term syara’ refers to honestly dedicating one's skills and thoughts to establishing syari’ah law in certain ways. This study employs an examination of the literature to demonstrate that Ijma’ dan Qiyas is a source of syari’ah economic law.
