Intervenções fonoaudiológicas no aleitamento materno junto às mães de paridade zero

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a efetividade do aleitamento materno junto às mães de paridade zero. Tem comoponto de estudo as orientações fonoaudiológicas e gerais dadas pela equipe de fonoaudiologia do Hospital e Maternidade Neomater, deSão Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, instituição na qual se realizou o presente trabalho. A reação materna frente ao recém-nascido e ocomportamento da mãe durante o ato de amamentação determinam o tipo de abordagem que as orientações deveriam ter a fim de gerarnesta a conscientização da importância da amamentação como fator de desenvolvimento da funções sensório-motoras-orais. A ama-mentação foi considerada como tendo se efetivado quando se conseguiu observar o recém-nascido sugando em seio materno em modoorganizado. Verificou-se a efetividade do aleitamento materno em 97% das mães / bebês que estavam internados na maternidade, comum discurso de que as orientações, assim como as intervenções do profissional, foram esclarecedoras, diminuindo as dúvidas e apreen-sões frente à situação do aleitamento.This work has as its aim to investigate the effectiveness of the together maternal breast-feeding of parity zero mothers.Having as study point the phonoaudiological and general orientações given by the phonoaudiology team of the Neomater Hospital andMaternity. The maternal reaction to the newborn and the mother’s behavior during the breast-feeding act determine the type ofapproach orientations given should have in order to make mothers awareof the importance of breast-feeding as a factor in the develo-pment of the sensory-motor-verbal functions. Breast-feeding was considered successful when we were able to observe the newbornsucking the mother’s breast in a organized way, something that happened in 97% of the mothers of babies interned in the maternity andwe can conclude that the orientations as well as the interventions of the professional had been enlightening, reducing doubts andapprehensions regarding the breast-feeding situation.
