Web móvil y su implantación en la administración local española

Abstract

In recent years, mobile technologies have become more and more important in the social information ecosystem and they are a real option for accessing the Web. Each time there are more and more people that use the mobile web, and each time there are more portals that offer services for this kind of users. The web mobile concept and its main characteristics are presented, as well as the degree of adoption of the mobile web in the local Spanish administration, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
