Abstract

Human resource management in educational institutions is absolutely necessary in order to achieve national education goals. In achieving these goals, the teacher plays a big role because they directly interact with students. Professional teachers will create quality learning that has a positive impact on students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. In educational institutions (schools), qualified teachers are influenced by the accuracy of the recruitment and selection process. Implementation of recruitment and selection in educational institutions, especially at vocational school 8 Garut, is carried out both internally and externally, which aims to meet the needs of teachers. In their implementation, recruitment and selection face problems that require the participation of various parties to find solutions in order to improve the quality of learning.
