Abstract

Fundamental questions arise in many areas of life in which artificial intelligence (AI) can be used. A great deal of thought needs to be given to the question of which skills should be transferred from people to technological systems. The use of AI in an industrial environment is, however, far less critical than in a political, social, or military context. But AI always requires collaboration and large volumes of data. Their availability has enabled China to develop rapidly. In the western world, people are trying to keep AI under control. Regulations must be developed for this purpose.
