Abstract

At body temperature the dispersion of the 24 hour changes proves to be a standard for the characterization of rhythmological appearances which transgress the periodicity of the day. Similar courses can also be pursued on some other simple clinical measuring sizes. The dispersion changes in certain weather situations. With their help a phasically occurring reactive process can be analysed in the performance of the cure.
