Abstract

Gallbladder injuries from blunt trauma are uncommon and are also challenging to diagnose both clinically and radiologically. We present a case of intracholecystic fat herniation as a computed tomographic sign of gallbladder perforation. © 2009 by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
