Abstract

This article aims to identify the educational practices of Pakapoo teachers around the ideal construction of peace scenarios at the Minitas, Pueblo Nuevo, Laguna Colorada and Barranco Minas Guainía Colombia communities. This study done with students of Licenciatura en Educación Básica of the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica in Colombia, is a qualitative approach with systematic design of grounded theory. An interview was applied to 12 men and women teachers during their training, with categories of life stories and pedagogical practices of Peace. The results showed that teachers considered the school as a scenario of peace, where they are directed to live together and peace is promoted. They also propose strategies in the ideal construction of peaceful coexistence through the formation of values. Although they have not been yet victims of the armed conflict indirectly, they have lived together with victimizing events like ideological differences, guerrilla, sowing of coca and paramilitarism.
