Abstract

The straightforward synthesis of biodegradable star polymers via both in situ polymerization from a trifunctional RAFT agent and post-polymerization conjugation of pyridyldisulfide-ended linear polymers to a trithiol precursor is described. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2008.
