Abstract

A protocol to run CD experiments in the presence of Gram positive bacterial cells was set up. The secondary structure of the antimicrobial peptides temporin L and TB-KKG6A with S. epidermidis cells was determined. CD experiments were also reported for temporin L in the presence of Gram negative bacterium E. coli cells.
