Speech given by his Eminence Zenon Cardinal Grocholesk who ran the Dicastery for Catholic Education and is an expert in Canon Law, on his receipt of an honorary doctorate at Fordham. May 28, 2008. Explicitly says that his getting a degree means that Fordham is in line with the magisterium. Ties the 1983 Code closely to VatII Hilights need for Ecclesial approval.
