Abstract

Lean manufacturing classical format must be re-organized with the Industry 4.0 requirements. The base innovation is the production client-centricity to justify the appearance of synchronicity mechanisms of the new cyber-machine (CM). Several items product bunches may limit the CM re-arrangement time under the tide production conditions. The CM remote operative re-arrangement is a non-alternative way to reduce the production expenses after some machines non-engagement. We proposed a U-way scheme of CM with client service integration. Lean manufacturing technologies are a service factory base. The client service provides the fixed attributes settings of the item being manufactured using CM to unite client service and CM resources means to create a general industrial environment tools repository, which functions with lean manufacturing principles.
