Analisis faktor-faktor determinan kinerja guru

Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of teacher performance results that are not optimal. Many factors that affect teacher performance, which are examined in this study are work motivation and compensation. Based on this, the core of the problem studied in this study is the analysis of the determinants factors of teacher performance. The research method used is an explanatory survey and the data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Research respondents involved 59 teachers from one school in the city of Bandung. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that work motivation and compensation had a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The conclusion of the study states that work motivation and compensation are determining factors that affect teacher performance. ABSTRAK Yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah masalah hasil kinerja guru yang belum optimal. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja dan kompensasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, inti masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor-faktor determinan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatory dan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket. Responden penelitian melibatkan 59 guru yang berasal dari salah satu sekolah di kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompensasi merupakan faktor determinasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru.
