Abstract

Purpose: To identify the factors that influenced satisfaction with the training process among the final year nursing students in Kenya Medical Training College. Method: This was a descriptive correlational study where both quantitative and qualitative data was collected from 300 students using a self-administered questionnaire comprising of closed and open ended questions.
