Abstract

In order to analyze the influencing factors and regional differences of local green fiscal and tax business development, an evaluation scheme based on factor analysis and clustering is proposed. Based on the tax data of 10 cities in Hainan province, this paper establishes the main index system that affects their tax ecology. Then, factor analysis and k-means algorithm are integrated to empirically analyze the influencing factors of tax revenue in 2019, and the final comprehensive evaluation is acquired through data preprocessing, variance test and main factor extraction. On this basis, SPSS statistics are performed to find out the problems and gaps in the ecological environment of each city. The case analysis results show that the statistical analysis method of tax data in this paper is effective and real-time, which can be used as a basis to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
