Arah Perkembangan Ilmu Manajemen menuju Era Society 5.0

Abstract

Industry 4.0 makes work easier and faster both in education, business and other fields. Industry 4.0 prioritizes technological aspects over human resource aspects. So a new concept emerged called society 5.0. The concept of society 5.0 is very different from the concept of industry 4.0, where the concept of society 5.0 emphasizes the aspect of human resources where human resources can anticipate global trends resulting from the emergence of industry 4.0. Management science is starting to think about the direction that must be taken in responding to developments that occur. Management science in this case is used as a tool for renewal which places humans as the main component in technology.
