KEDUDUKAN DAN KEWENANGAN MAJELIS KEHORMATAN NOTARIS DALAM PEMBINAAN TERHADAP NOTARIS

Abstract

Aim of this research are to analyze the boundaries of the position and authority of The Supervisory Board of Notary and The Honorary Council of Notary in the guidance of Notaries and to analyze the boundaries of their authority and their obligations. The method used for this research is the normative law research namely the research which based on applicable laws and regulations, legal principles, legal philosophy, legal doctrine as well as the principles of law. Results of this research are guidance by The Honorary Council of Notary and The Supervisory Board of Notary are both aiming to preserve the prestige and dignity of notaries as general officials in carrying out their duties and functions. Boundaries in guidance of notaries by The Honorary Council of Notary and The Supervisory Board of Notary is time of guidance.
