Abstract

The Assessment is the most important thing that must exist in the learning process. Assessment has several ways of assessing learning, one of them is Self Assessment. Self Assessment is an assessment technique in which students are asked to rate themselves in relation to the status, process and level of achievements of the competencies learned in certain subjects based on criteria or references that have been prepared. Self Assessment can foster self confidence and responsibility in trainee because the assessor of facilitator knows exactly about the students or the trainee. Self assessment is a type of assessment that makes the participants of the training understand themselves. Self assessment becomes a type of assessment that is very effective and efficient in solving personality or personal type problems. Because personality and personal problems only trainees who know themselves compared to others. What he needs, what he does not need, and of course he knows everything. Not infrequently self assessment is a type of assessment that is very attractive to trainees. And from there they can consult with the facilitator the best path they will take
