Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, work motivation, and also work discipline on employee performance at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were 389 people who are employees at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The sample used in this study were 100 employees. The sampling technique is based on 5 times the number of indicators used. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study state that the variables of work safety and work motivation partially have no significant effect on employee performance but have a positive effect on employee performance, for work discipline variables partially have a significant but negative effect on employee performance. The simultaneous test states that the variables of work safety, work motivation, and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka employees.  Keywords: work safety, motivation, discipline, quantitative
