Abstract

The industrial revolution 5.0 leads to a society 5.0 focusing on human welfare that pays attention to environmental sustainability and can begin with the process of creating environmentally friendly products. This study aims to prepare an ecosystem for creating environmentally friendly products by the following 2030 SDGs agenda through the support of the creation of an incubator organization as a vehicle for the growth of new competitive entrepreneurs. The methodology is compiled by elaborating the dimensions formed from the organization of a business incubator into variables based on the results of literature studies, in-depth interviews, and constructed assumptions. PI-ST2P Pelalawan Technopark is an example of measuring business incubators. This model can be the material for planning the development of the function of a business incubator. In addition to these two dimensions, it is necessary to develop the identification of variables and criteria according to providing organizational networks and the type of incubation services.
