Abstract

Guardian of the Constitution, the constitutional jurisdiction in its decisions necessarily enters in the political environment. In view of this, this article aims to examine the limits and possibilities of the role of the constitutional courts in controlling the acts of the Legislative and Executive powers and in establishing guidelines for society. The text, as far as possible, refers us to our reality.
