The use of multimedia technology improves sports skills as well as the improvement of quality of thinking, and plays a good role in promoting. Using multimedia technology optimizes the classroom teaching, therefore, to cause the change of physical education teaching from concept to form, so as to promote quality education. This article on the related issues of the multimedia applied in physical education teaching exploration, mainly studies the meaning and characteristics, using the principles in physical education teaching. And, in view of the multimedia applied to sports teaching put forward the problems, and made relevant suggestions to improve the level of sports teaching. Based on this pattern, we produce the multimedia courseware. Explore the sports technology courses teaching the production rule and method of multimedia courseware.
