Trechispora elongata species nova from North Europe

Abstract

Trechispora elongata (corticioid fungi, Basidiomycota) is described as new. It is reported from Finland, Norway, Poland and Sweden. Morphologically it belongs to the corticioid Trechispora farinacea group and is characterised by elongated spores and an anamorph.
