Abstract

What we call "professional secrecy" monolithically refers to a complex reality which can reveal a distinction. The legal and institutional logic where secrecy is considered as information within a communication must be differentiated from the clinical logic where absolute discretion refers to an elaborate speech in the process of its psychical determination. When questioning what we commonly call professional secrecy we face the issue of its belonging and its destiny.
