Abstract

Dermocystidium salmonis is a gill pathogen of salmonid fishes in the US Pacific Northwest where it has been associated with mortality of adult and juvenile chinook salmon Oncorhynchus tshawytscha. The previously unknown mode of transmission was determined. -from Authors
