Abstract

Employee silence behavior (ESB) has been a very critical issue in the organization, little research focused on ESB. Drawing on social exchange theory and justice theory. This research investigates the moderating role of psychological empowerment between the organizational factors and ESB. Structural equation modeling was applied to analyze the model using data from 324 participants through a survey obtained from private hospitals in Jordan. Building on proposed theories, we show psychological empowerment is a moderate variable that can reduce the positive effect of organizational factors on ESB. Theoretical and Managerial Implications have been discussed.
