Abstract
Through a case study format, this paper examines why cloud computing is vital for transforming current enterprise system frameworks while offering empirical findings on their deployment. The research examines the movement toward cloud-based technology replacements for conventional technology infrastructures to illustrate the numerous strategic business benefits, reduced costs, and performance-based operational enhancements. Through the Techcorp case study, we observed substantial benefits, such as decreased IT expenditures by 30% and increased performance by 25% while data management and security capabilities improved. This research shows that successful cloud computing implementation requires effective strategic planning, constant monitoring, and proper stakeholder involvement. This research study offers a comprehensive conceptual model that unites technological frameworks with organizational dynamics and environmental factors for research applications and future practical use. The single case methodology prevents broad application but generates important findings that guide additional studies, which should explore many scenes in various sectors using extended timeframes to measure permanent changes. Along with analyzing leadership and training factors, the research extends its perspective to show how emerging technologies work with cloud computing programs to deliver a whole picture of contemporary modernization and its wider effects.
