Abstract

Examining the impact of work motivation, employee engagement, and work discipline on Luwes Gentan Park employees' performance was the aim of this study. 134 workers in Luwes Gentan Park made up the study's population. There were 67 individuals included in the study's sample. This study included questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature reviews as data-gathering methods. A non-probability sampling approach is employed for the sample. Validity, reliability, conventional assumption, and hypothesis testing are all components of the research instruments that are evaluated throughout the data analysis process. The study's findings indicate that the dependent variable, employee performance, is significantly influenced by each independent variable. The study's findings also demonstrate that the factor that has the most impact on employee performance is employee engagement.
