Abstract

In present work we have successfully grown the single crystal of Cu xBi2Se3 topological superconductor. Superconducting transition temperature variation with respect to Cu intercalation (x = 0.1, 0.12 and 0.2) has been studied via magnetization measurements. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.
