La gestión escolar y la calidad educativa en las instituciones educativas de nivel básico.

Abstract

The use and analysis of school management strategies in education is inevitable. The education of basic level is a challenge and a commitment of the state in the formation of citizens able to coexist in a democratic society and participate in the labor market with the same conditions as the graduates of private institutions. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between educational management and educational quality. The study focuses on the directors of educational institutions of basic elementary level of the Cumbe parish, 2018. From a quantitative approach, the research is descriptive correlational, the study population was made up of 16 managers. The main conclusion to which above the study is that there is a relationship between moderate and strong with statistical significance. This correlation is positive the greater the response of assertiveness with respect to educational management, the opinion on the quality of education will be more positive. (p <0.05).
