Abstract
This research paper aims to develop a simple Web mail system for senior citizens to make the best use of their empirical knowledge as social properties, which is one plan of an informationization promotion project by industrial-government-academic cooperation begun in 2004. A simple Web mail system is made for trial purposes as a concrete example for senior citizens based on their needs, and an indicator of grappling with the current state in development and future problems is described. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.
