Abstract
The article focuses on the increasing relevance of digital asset management (DAM) to the business enterprises. DAM enables business firms to operate and distribute information in a lesser cost, maximize the value of digital media assets and manage digital rights. It also increases the return of investment (ROI), faster deployment and outsourcing and improvement on the effectivity of the business processes.
