Abstract
Haematological cancer in pregnancy poses a substantial risk to both, mother and fetus. Lymphoma, including Hodgkins lymphoma (HL) and Non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL), is the fourth most frequent malignancy diagnosed during pregnancy. The most common type of lymphoma in this setting is HL, and the incidence of pregnancy associated NHL is very low. In this report we describe two cases of a 29-year-old woman and a 25-year-old woman both in the second trimester of pregnancy, diagnosed with mediastinal B-cell NHL and nodular-sclerosis HL respectively. They were managed with chemotherapy since the diagnosis as far as two weeks before the delivery, both with a successful fetal outcome.
