Abstract

In recent years, the positive effects of mindfulness have been recognized in various research fields, and the relationship between mindfulness and work happiness has also attracted extensive attention from scholars. From the perspective of self-determination theory, this study analyzed the relationship between mindfulness and work happiness by reviewing and sorting out previous studies, and established a research model based on it. Finally, the future research direction is proposed, which provides ideas for the following related research.
