Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze, from the perspective of strategy as a social practice, the speech characteristics of a strategic planning a junior company. The case study is a discourse analysis methodology, illuminated by centralizing power concept of Foucault. Power is centralized phenomenon, but focusing an image of cooperation, trying to pass not only for employees but also for the readers, the construction company is made collectively and in favor of a joint harmony, which according with analysis proved to be incompatible with reality.
