Abstract

This practice-oriented article proposes Interactional Therapy (IT) for the treatment of mental health conditions. A case example illustrates the IT application and purpose. From this example, IT appears to be of incremental advantage for treating mental health conditions. Additionally, a wider adoption of IT might enable further studies on its treatment efficacy.
